This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Use
You may use the Service to lawfully manage business leads, collaborate with your team, and integrate approved third-party data sources for legitimate marketing and sales purposes.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Upload or process data without proper consent or legal basis
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications using data from the Service
- Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, India's DPDP Act, or other applicable privacy and marketing laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or workspaces
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written permission
- Overload or disrupt our infrastructure (DDoS, excessive API abuse)
- Use the Service for illegal activities, fraud, or impersonation
- Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service beyond normal export features
3. Lead Data Responsibility
You are the data controller for lead information you import or sync. You must obtain valid consent from leads where required, honor opt-out requests, and maintain accurate privacy notices.
4. Integration Compliance
When connecting Facebook or other platforms, you must comply with their platform policies, including Meta's Lead Ads terms and data use restrictions.
5. Content Standards
Notes, tags, and other content you add must not contain malware, hate speech, illegal material, or confidential information you are not authorized to store.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts without prior notice for serious breaches.
