These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leadflow CRM operated by HSR Hi-Tech Solutions ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Leadflow CRM is a customer relationship management platform that allows you to manage leads, connect integrations, collaborate with team members, and related functionality.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or to violate third-party rights.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of lead data and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful rights to collect and process lead data, including compliance with applicable privacy laws.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Connections to Facebook and other platforms are subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes to their APIs.
7. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by HSR Hi-Tech Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. See our Disclaimer for details.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for extended inactivity. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
