1. Free Plan
Our Starter plan is free. No payment information is required and no refunds apply.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial payment for a full refund.
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Renewal charges after the initial 7-day period
- Partial months of service
- Accounts terminated for Terms or AUP violations
- Enterprise custom agreements (governed by separate contract)
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@hsrsolutions.co.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve your issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
6. Price Changes
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before changes apply to their next billing cycle.
